Sunday Worship and Table Mountain

Following Dr. Rev. Vernon Rose's advice, we kept riding the Cape Town wave on Sunday. We spent the morning and early afternoon worshiping at Sivuyile National Baptist Church in Guguletu. For lunch, Vernon's mother open up here home in Crossroads. After lunch, we rode the cable cars to the top of Table Mountain and spent a few hours exploring. And we, of course, continued to celebrate Hazar's birthday with lots of singing and cake throughout the day.
In our black and white and set to go to church!

The congregation (the youth group is pictured) singing and dancing to Prof. McDuff  and husband Steve McDuff to welcome our group. It was a phenomenal service even though in was all in Xhosa.

Wowzer.

                                                           A really great afternoon.
